From property to family business

An inn passed down through the family

The Birnbaum family's story at Ritter St. Georg begins with Leonhard and Elisabetha in 1891. Christine Birnbaum takes over her parents' property in 1944; Ernst and Barbara Birnbaum continue the business in 1973.

New hotel rooms from 1973 and the new restaurant from 1995 change the business while the property remains in the same family.
