How we plan your celebration
A good evening starts with clear arrangements. We work through the details with you, from your preferred date to the meal you will share.
1. Date and guest count
Tell us your occasion, preferred date and approximate guest count. An alternative date helps if your plans are flexible.
2. Room and menu
Together we discuss the room, seating and food. Let us know if children are joining you or if anyone has dietary requirements.
3. Quote and arrangements
We prepare an individual quote. Services, timings and terms are agreed with you before you make a confirmed booking.
